Before using or registering to Tickettutor.com, please review the following terms and conditions (the Agreement) which define your rights, responsibilities and benefits as a user of Tickettutor.com.

Tickettutor.com is an Internet service (the “Service”) owned and operated by Ticket Tutor, LLC, ("we", "our" or "us"). "You" or "your" means an adult user of the Service for itself and you as parent or guardian for any minor who you allow to access the Service, for whom you will be held strictly responsible. Your use of the Service indicates that you are bound by this Agreement with us. If you don't agree with any of these terms and conditions, don't use the Service. We may alter this Agreement at our discretion and your continued use after any change indicates your acceptance of that change. If you don't want to be bound by a change, discontinue use of the Service.

Tickettutor.com contains graphics, information, data, editorial and other content accessible by any registered Internet user and similar content which is accessible only to our registered, paying, members “(the Content)”. Whether in the free section or in the registered user section of the Service, all Content is owned and/or copyrighted by Ticket Tutor, LLC., or third party providers and may be used only in accordance with this limited use license.

Tickettutor.com is protected by copyright as a collective work and/or compilation, pursuant to U.S. copyright laws, international conventions, and other copyright laws.

Limited Use LICENSE
You are licensed to use the Content only for personal traffic citation research, and may download Content only as search results relevant to that research. The download of the whole or significant portions of any work or database is prohibited. Resale of a work or database or portion thereof is prohibited. Online or other republication of Content is also prohibited. Violation of this License may result in immediate termination of your membership and may result in legal action for injunction, damages or both.

User provided content

On occasion, Portions of the Service will contain user provided content, to which you may contribute appropriate content. This content may be used to promote and advertise for Ticket Tutor, LLC. There will be no compensation for personal experiences, stories and testimonials provided by the User. The User should submit only content which belongs to you and will not violate the property or other rights of other people or organizations. We also reserve the right to remove any user provided content that comes to our attention and that we believe, in our sole discretion, is illegal, obscene, indecent, defamatory, incites racial or ethnic hatred or violates the rights of others, or is in any other way objectionable.

Ticket Tutor, LLC., makes no warranty concerning third party provided goods or services, and you agree that any recourse for dissatisfaction or problems with those goods or services will be sought from the third party provider and not from Ticket Tutor, LLC. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow exclusions as broad as those stated above or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may, in whole or in part, not apply to you. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THIS WEB SERVICE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THIS SERVICE. Additional Guest or Subscribing Member Terms

1. REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

1.1 As part of the registration process, you will select a user name and password. You must provide Ticket Tutor, LLC., with accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. Failure to do so will constitute a breach of this Agreement. You understand that you may not (i) select or use a name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use the rights of any person other than yourself without authorization; or (iii) use a name that we, in our sole discretion, deem inappropriate. Registration as a user of or subscriber to any of the Sites or services provided on them results in your customer information being stored and processed in the United States, and you, in registering or subscribing, specifically consent to that storage and processing. You may access that information at any time to confirm its correctness and to keep it current in connection with your registration or subscription. If you are subscribing or registering for use of this site from outside of the United States of America, you consent to the storage and processing in the United States of the personal data you submit, within the scope of the PRIVACY STATEMENT of Ticket Tutor, LLC., You may and should review and correct this information regularly.

Ticket Tutor, LLC., is intended for use in the United States of America. Customers from other countries such as England, Canada, Ireland, Germany, Jamaica, and Switzerland, have purchased our product and have used it to fight their tickets. Use of this product outside the Unites States is strictly the responsibility of the user. The user shall use their own judgment to determine if the product is appropriate for their intended use. Ticket Tutor, LLC’s products are designed to give the user added information so they can fight their tickets. Ticket Tutor is merely legal information and Ticket Tutor, LLC does not give legal advice. There is no guarantee that the service, or the user, will be successful or achieve their desired results in any country.

1.2 You shall notify us by regular mail or by e-mail at support@Tickettutor.com of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password or billing information. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You will never be required to reveal your password to any representative or agent of Ticket Tutor, LLC., its owners or agents. Registered users and/or Subscribes are responsible for securing their password. Any services that have been used without the registered users consent, must be brought to the attention of ticket Tutor, LLC., and the registered user shall provide any documentation necessary to prove unauthorized use.

1.3 Any registered user under 18 years of age cannot purchase products without parental consent.

1.4 You are responsible for all usage or activity on Tickettutor.com via your password account. Distribution of your password to others for access to Tickettutor.com is expressly prohibited and shall constitute a breach of this Agreement. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your account, at our sole discretion, and you may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies.

2. FEES AND PAYMENTS

2.1 Billing charges will be processed within 24 hours your order is taken.

2.2 Cancellations. An initial registration and purchase has no “cooling off period” and once the purchase is processed no refund will be provided. No refund will be made for unused purchases or unused downloads. Ticket Tutor, LLC. and Tickettutor.com are not responsible for lost materials or any other loss, either perceived or real. Ticket Tutor, LLC and Tickettutor.com claim no responsibility for, but not limited to, damaged computers due to viruses, worms, terrorism, lost or destroyed files, or any other loss. All users must be aware of risks related to internet usage and agree to use this service at their own risk.

2.3 Prices for products may be changed by Ticket Tutor, LLC., at any time. Due to the complex nature of challenging any citation, many people have used our product unsuccessfully. Additionally, the "people tutored" counter may be inaccurate because it is difficult to determine if some users are repeat visitors or first time users. Therefore, Ticket Tutor, LLC., cannot ensure the accuracy of the number of "people tutored" and it may not be an accurate reflection of the number of people that have actually purchased or successfully used the service. The counter should not be used to determine the success or validity of the service.

3. COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN TICKET TUTOR, LLC., AND YOU

Ticket Tutor, LLC., will send electronic mail to you, for the purpose of informing you of changes or additions to Ticket Tutor, LLC., or of any Ticket Tutor, LLC., related products and services. You may opt out of this notification service by replying to the electronic mail that was sent with the word "unsubscribe" (without the quotes) in the subject line.

4. TERMINATION

Should you breach this Agreement we will revoke your license to use the Service and suspend your right of access. In such a case, no portion of your purchase(s) will be refunded.

5. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT AND THE SERVICE

Ticket Tutor, LLC., has the right, at its sole discretion, to modify this Agreement or the Service, including the Content of the Service, at any time. Changes in Service will be posted on Tickettutor.com, or sent via e-mail, or postal mail to you. If any portion of this Agreement or any change of this Agreement of the Service is unacceptable to you or will cause you to no longer be in compliance with the Agreement, you may cancel your use of tickettutor.com without refund. Continued use of the Service now or following posted notices of changes in this Agreement, (notice is given by changing the date of last revision), means that you have accepted and are bound by the changes.

6. MISCELLANEOUS

6.1 This Registered User Agreement is governed by the law of the State of California, without regard to its principles on conflicts of laws, and the federal law of the United States of America. Any action to enforce this Agreement shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in Los Angeles.

7. COPYRIGHT

7.1 All of the information, content, services and software displayed on, transmitted through, or used in connection with Tickettutor.com, including for example directories, guides, news articles, opinions, reviews, text, photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips, video, html, source and object code, software, data, and the like (collectively, the "Content"), as well as its selection and arrangement, is owned by Ticket Tutor, LLC., and its affiliated companies, licensors and suppliers. Ticket Tutor, LLC., actively protects its rights to the Content to the fullest extent of the law. You may not use such material except as provided in these Terms of Service. Nothing on our website shall be duplicated and or re-distributed. No questionnaires, sample questions, court guides, outlines, court outlines or any other material that members download, are to be duplicated and distributed for any reason outside the scope of membership rules and the licensing agreement.

7.2 Trademarks. The Content includes logotypes, trademarks and service marks (collectively "Marks") owned by Ticket Tutor, LLC., and its affiliated companies, and Marks owned by other information providers and third parties. No Marks may be used in any manner unless approved in writing in advance by Ticket Tutor, LLC.

7.3 Links to, and frames of, Tickettutor.com. If you operate a Web site and wish to link to Tickettutor.com, you may link only to the home page, www.tickettutor.com, and not to any other page or sub-domain of Tickettutor.com. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques that involve any trademark, logo, copyrighted material or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of any portion of Tickettutor.com without our express written consent. In addition, you agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through Tickettutor.com, not to insert any code or product or manipulate the content of Tickettutor.com in any way that affects the usery's experience, and not to use any data mining, robots, cancelbots, Trojan horse, or any data gathering or extraction method in connection with your use of Tickettutor.com.

8. TERMS OF GUARANTEE

Ticket Tutor, LLC, makes no guarantee that our product will ensure you will beat your ticket. Ticket Tutor, LLC, and tickettutor.com are confident that our product will prepare you to fight your ticket and give you valuable direction as to what types of questions should be asked to increase your chances of success. No guarantee can be made due to the numerous outside influences that exist on any given case. Such as dishonesty, liberal or conservative judges, friendships between judges, prosecutors, and officers, and the users skill level to clearly present their case in court.

9. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

Every effort is made to ensure that you receive the most accurate information available. Due to changing laws, Ticket Tutor, LLC., makes no guarantee that the information obtained will be applicable at the time of use. Accuracy of information, perceived or real, is no cause for refund. Additionally, Ticket Tutor, LLC., makes no representation to give legal advise or legal counsel. Ticket Tutor, LLC., and our Products are intended to provide self-help for members that choose to fight their own traffic infractions. You should always seek advice from an attorney in all legal matters.

10. Disclaimer

Tickettutor.com and Ticket Tutor, LLC., do not condone the violation of state vehicle codes. This service is designed to help paying registered users fight traffic tickets they believe were unfairly issued, or issued in error. Violating municipal and state vehicle codes is extremely dangerous and can result in death.
